Recent Updates -Entrance Area
As you know we have been upgrading the front entrance area, painting, fixing the sprinklers, electrical system, light fixtures, redesigning and upgrading the landscaping.
An enhanced good looking entrance is something that we can be proud of, it is the first impression of our neighborhood.
For the last few years the water and electricity have been paid without any dues being collected, We have exhausted our reserves and need to resume collecting the voluntary dues. An annual due of $100 per year, about $0.27 per day, pays for the water, electricity, monthly lawn maintenance, and any upgrades of the landscaping. Enhancing the front entrance to our community is an investment that will continue keep our property values up in upcoming years . In addition we will need volunteers for many tasks, we need to come together again as neighbors as this neighborhood is sitting in a prime area, a great location for the future.
